Is there a minimum top-up on Pay-As-You-Go?
Yes. The minimum one-time top-up is $8. Add any amount of $8 or more — credits are deducted only when you run a query.
What does “fair use” mean on Pro and Scale?
Pro and Scale offer unlimited queries, but each has a monthly fair-use cap measured in token usage: $28 of usage on Pro and $280 on Scale. If you exceed it before the period ends, queries pause until rollover or upgrade. Most customers stay well within the cap.
What does “17% / 27% lower token costs” mean?
Compared to Pay-As-You-Go, each query on Pro is priced ~17% lower and on Scale ~27% lower — so your monthly cap stretches further than the same dollar amount on PAYG.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Downgrade to PAYG or cancel from the billing portal at any time — your subscription stays active until the end of the current period.
