This Terms of Service Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and INS Sales and Solutions FZE LLC. Please read it carefully before using any part of the Service.
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If acting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
Key terms: API, Chairman, Council, Council Methodology, Credits ($0.01 each), Model Provider, Output, Plan, Prompt, Services, User Content.
Must be 18+ years old. One account per entity. API keys use the lc_ prefix and must be kept confidential.
Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. May not build competitive products or reverse-engineer.
Lawful purposes only. Prohibited: free-tier abuse, scraping, prompt injection attacks, unauthorized resale, sanctions violations.
Outputs are probabilistic — no guarantee of accuracy. Not professional advice. Not for high-risk applications (medical, legal, financial, critical infrastructure).
Services use general-purpose AI models. Not certified for high-risk AI systems under Annex III. Users responsible for their own compliance assessments.
Subject to service-wide rate limits and fair use policy. 99.5% monthly uptime target for all accounts.
Company retains all IP in the Services and Council Methodology. You own your Outputs, subject to compliance with Terms.
You retain ownership. Limited license granted to Company for service delivery and anonymized improvements.
Pure pay-as-you-go — no subscriptions, no monthly fees. = 100 credits, $5 minimum top-up, same rate for everyone. Processed by Stripe.
Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and never expire — no monthly reset, no lock-in. Your balance stays in your account until you use it.
500 free welcome credits. Services use third-party Model Providers and OpenRouter. Mutual confidentiality obligations.
Services provided "as is." Aggregate liability capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months or 00, whichever is greater.
Users indemnify the Company. Either party may terminate. Credits forfeited only on termination for breach.
Governed by UAE and Dubai law. Mandatory arbitration via DIAC. Class action and jury trial waivers.
